Trained by a local chef, discover the secret to one of Russia’s most treasured dishes. This three hour culinary masterclass takes you to the heart of traditional Russian cuisine, to uncover the city’s abounding culinary heritage, and experience first-hand a taste of Russian culture in the centre of Moscow.

Your tour guide will take you to a local Restaurant, where you will have the opportunity to see in detail, and learn from a Muscovite, everything that goes into preparing the deliciously authentic Borsch. You will learn how to turn simple ingredients such as beetroot, potatoes, cabbage, carrots, meat, onions and tomatoes, in to a recipe for a truly sensational dish; a culinary masterpiece of both taste and substance.

While enjoying traditional Russian tea and coffee, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the food of your labour, after which you’ll indulge in a delicious dessert prepared by your host, before your guide escorts you back to your hotel. By the end of it, you’ll have all that you will need to take a piece of Russia back home with you
