You can choose from places like Temple of Heaven, JingShan Park or your Hotel to take part in the class, meaning it’s perfectly suited for whatever and wherever you want.
Take your pick from the different classes to see which one suits you most, whether it’s the Qigong meditation or the balanced Tai Chi, one of China’s most famous exercises.
