Reading your visa

Reading Russian, Belarusian, Chinese and Mongolian visas.

After applying for a visa you will find that when your passport is returned a visa will be attached to a page in the passport.  We recommend that you take time to check your visa is correct and matches your personal details as it is your responsibility to ensure that everything is in order with your visa before travelling.

Trying to read visas is not easy if you do not read the language, so here at Real Russia, we have developed a number of guides to help you confirm all of your visa details are correct. If you are travelling to more than one country, obviously you will need to check each visa.

Click on the flags below to read our guide on understanding your visa when travelling to: Russia , Belarus , China, Mongolia or Kazakhstan.
