| Hi All,
My wife and I have been happily married now for 12 months...everything great. We would like her Mother to come and visit the UK from Ukraine later this year and I need a little advice.
Firstly can we go online and submit application form (Family Visa VAF-1B) for her as the form needs to be filled in English and she speaks very little English?
What happens next after application form is sent to UKBA?
If I am her sponsor (she will be staying with us & I will be paying her travel) apart from the basics i.e. my passport details, my wife's passport details, letter of invitation etc.. when and where do I send copies of these? Do they also require bank statements from me. If so is are there any balance requirements?
Where and when does her Mother send her documents?
How long does the whole process take?
Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
