Your services were recommended to me by a friend. To obtain visas for my two previous trips to Russia, I travelled to London personally, queued up in the cold outside the Russian consulate and then queued again inside the consulate.

This has all been a so much more pleasant experience this year! Throughout this process, I have been hugely impressed by your speed and efficiency and by your courtesy and care … and all that for a total cost of less than nine pounds more than it would all have cost me if I had gone to London myself in the usual way!

I am about to return from Australia to U.K. overland via TranSiberian railway. You organised my bookings and visas on my way out but I thought I could do it myself on the way back - what a mistake! Fortunately at the last moment I got back to you to arrange my Russian Visa (from Australia) and your service was brilliant. I have just received passport with Russian visa within a week.

Thanks very much to Natalia and Eugene in Moscow for handling Olga's successful application for a Fiancee Visa. Having a someone available on the phone who could explain the application process to Olga in Russian made all the difference and provided much needed assurance to both of us.

I got my visa yesterday and as you can imagine, I'm delighted. I want to thank you and your colleagues for all of your help. I found your service to be first-rate. Your advice to me last week helped put my mind at rest, whilst your colleague Bill went out of his way to phone me on Friday night to say I had been granted the visa. My current employer is becoming involved in business in Russia and is sending some Managers and Directors over there at the moment. I have recommended your company to their secretaries.

Hi Chris,

Just to say thanks. The visa worked a treat. But I don't think the immigration people on the train were really used to anything but Russian and Kazakhs travelling on the train to Uralsk. Each time my presence was relayed by radio to control. The Russian immigration and customs were far more thorough than their Kazakh counterparts and we had a 1-1/2 hour wait in both directions. I was grateful that Tanya had met me in Moscow.

The train journey itself was not too arduous. On the way to Uralsk we shared the 4 person cabin with someone that Tanya knew. The toilets were kept reasonably clean with soap and water available at all times. The woodburning Chainik was a delight and provided hot water for most of the 26 hours we were on the train. The only piece of advice that I would give is never to totally rely on the cabin door lock. There is also a crude deadlock on the opposite side of the door which can be turned down when sleeping. I woke on both journeys to find that someone had tried to open the door.

One of these days I'll try and write up the journey. But I'm sure you don't need chapter and verse here.

We had a fantastic time in Russia! The Church of the Spilled Blood & St Basils were big highlights as Michael and I love architecture. Anyway, I thought I would give a bit of a report on train 27. It was fine really, nothing too flash but it had clean sheets a blanket and a pillow. It was an older train and the floor was a bit dirty but for the average traveller who is used to backpacking it did the job.

Thanks again for of your help, we will definitely recommend you if anyone we know wishes to travel to Russia in the future.
