Big thank you to Christine at Real Russia for helping us with our custom trip. We went by train from London to Moscow - it was amazing and I totally recommend it. Then we had 3 nights in Moscow, train to St Petersburg and 4 nights there before flying back. Our guides Victoria and Ella in Russia were superb and shared many insights as well as trips to the sights we wanted to visit. The hotels were comfortable and well located. All in all a great trip.

My friend and I booked a ten day private customized tour of first Moscow, then we took the high speed train to St Petersburg . . . Suggest 3 days in Moscow and 3-4 in StP if you want to see Catherine’s Palace, Hermitage and Peterhof like we did. Great company answered all our questions, very organized and reliable, amazing tour guides, nice drivers, even booked ballet tickets for us.

From St. Petersburg to Moscow it was a first-class wonderful experience from start to finish both culturally & sociably which was a great reflection on the people in both distinctly different cities and most certainly both worth visiting for many varied & different reasons (all good...!!).
