Christmas & New Year office opening times

With Christmas just around the corner, we will be carrying reduced opening hours at our offices on select days starting from 24th December until the new year.

If you are arranging a trip for December or January and have not yet applied for your visa or booked your train tickets, we recommend doing this a soon as possible to avoid possible processing delays over the Christmas and New Year period.

Our Christmas opening hours are as follows:

London office (GMT)

Tuesday 24^th December	9:00am to 13:00pm
Wednesday 25^th December	Closed
Thursday 26^th December	Closed
Tuesday 31^st December	9:00am to 13:00pm
Wednesday 1^st January	Closed

Important: Visas due for collection on 24th December will be picked up on 27th December and those due for collection on 31 December will be collected on 9th January.

Moscow office (MSK, GMT+3)

Consulate closures over Christmas and New Year:

Most Consulates will be operating reduced hours over the Christmas and New Year period; therefore when making a visa application you will need to allow extra time to ensure that your visa is processed and ready for when you need it.
