Listvyanka is a small village located on the western side of the stunning shores of Lake Baikal, located approximately 70km from Irkutsk. This exciting trek starts in Listvyanka, where you will embark on your adventure through one of the most serene and rural routes in the area.
The route will lead you through the enchanting Taiga forest, and then along the serene shores of the sacred sea, lake Baikal. When the trek draws to an end, you will spend the rest of your already remarkable journey enjoying the comforting sounds of the lake’s tides, while resting on the shores and basking in the sensational views surrounding you.
For just a moment, you become a local as you discover and enjoy the flavours of a tradition Siberian lunch, which may include smoked omul, a rare fish that can only be found living in the Baikal Lake, smoked and cooked on an open spitfire.
This tour starts and ends in Listyvanka which is an hour drive away from Irkutsk. The price excludes transfers from Irkutsk to Listvyanka.

For groups of more than 6 people, price will be provided on application.
Restrictions: Available every day from end of May to end of September. Comfortable clothes is recommended. Please note that from the middle of April till beginning of July is tick active time. Therefore we strongly recommend you to get Tick-borne encephalitis vaccination in advance. Tour starts and ends in Listvyanka and it is suitable for advanced hikers. Overall distance – 7-8 km. Lunch included.
