In order to truly gain an appreciation for this incredible city, its people and its culture, you should take a step back from the bustle of the fast moving city and see life through the eyes and minds of a local family. While being served a hearty home cooked feast packed with traditional dishes such as borsch and pelmeni, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in conversation and discuss Russian way of life, culture and traditions. You’ll get a glimpse into the day to day live of a Russian family, from past to present, from the oldest to the youngest generation of the family.
Your guide will accompany you on public transport from your hotel to a flat in Moscow, where you’ll experience traditional Russian hospitality and get a taste of authentic Russian cuisine. Of course, your tour will not be a dry one, you’ll also get the opportunity to sample authentic Russian Vodka. After your meal, you’ll say ‘Do svidaniya’ (goodbye) to your hosts and then head back to your hotel.
