St. Petersburg was founded to be a Russian capital and from the beginning it was open to all new and the best from all over Russia and beyond. Here one will find a great mixture of traditional Russian, Soviet, National (we have about 200 nationals except Russian) and International cuisine, dressed with northern creativity. We will visit a local market to get an idea about the most common products which form the basis of everyday local diet and speak about the most popular homemade dishes.
