“The Novgorod Kremlin”s Wall”
You’ll never forget the day you take to visit the amazing Veliky Novgorod that used to be a capital of Russia in the 9th century. Your guide will take you to see the masterpieces of the city such as Novgorod’s Kremlin, St. Sophia Cathedral, Yaroslav’s Courtyard, St. George (Yuriev) Monastery and the Museum of wooden architecture.
These sights are full of historic details but also give you a taste of Russian culture, religion and natural beauty, all a few hours away from St. Petersburg.
You’ll have full six hours to sightsee in this stunning town which has plenty to offer, something you’d miss if you only stay within the main bustling city. This trip is a way to see the more delicate, less touristy areas of Russia and enjoy the atmosphere of this historical place listed in the UNESCO World Heritage list.

For groups of more than 6 people, price will be provided on application.
Restrictions: Unavailable New Years Eve and New Year’s Day. Cathedral closed on Wednesdays, Museums closed on Tuesdays. No Restrictions but involves walking. Transfer St.Petersburg- V.Novgorod-St.Petersburg included. The excursion includes 3-hour tour on foot and 3-hour tour by car. – Full 6-hour tour by car in Veliky Novgorod can be organised for additional cost.
