Unlike many companies who charge a different rate according to season, time of transfer or number of passengers, our pricing is simple, based on a per transfer (not passenger) basis and exceedingly competitive including for most transfers up to two and a half hours for a fixed rate.
The price you see is the price you pay per transfer – there are no hidden extras or additional charges for additional passengers. Services are paid for in advance and not to the driver, so there are no nasty surprises!
There are a couple of exceptions to this rule, which we are sure that you will find reasonable:
If you have ordered your plane, train or bus tickets through us and also order a transfer, then the tickets can also be delivered to you by our driver free of charge on arrival in either Moscow or St. Petersburg.
We need a minimum of one working day to book and confirm your transfer once we have received payment. Please note that this excludes both Russian and UK public holidays.
You have several options to pay for your transfer including:
All services must be fully prepaid before we book your transfer and are subject to our standard booking terms and conditions.
Transfers may also be booked directly from our Moscow office, payment there may be made by Credit or Debit card or by cash in Russian Roubles.
Yes, you can cancel a booking if it is within 5 working days of the service delivery without penalty.
Yes, of course you can, though while the drivers know the cities they operate in well and many speak English, they are not experienced guides. If this is what you want to do in Moscow or St. Petersburg, then you may want to consider one of our city tours.
The rates are for a vehicle with a driver per hour. There may be conditions such as a minimum period so please contact our travel team with details of your request.
We offer the most comprehensive list of cities and services available, however if you do not find what you need then please contact us for with your request and we will see if we can help.
