'Test-to-Release' scheme

Rightangled has been selected by the UK Government as one of the few approved providers of COVID-19 'Test to Release' kits for those arriving into England.

Russia is not designated as a high-risk Covid country list. Under the "test to release" scheme, travellers from countries not on the UK red list require two tests during the quarantine process. Travellers will be required to get a test on days two and eight of their 10-day quarantine period, testing positive will require passengers to self-isolate for a further 10 days. You can take a test no earlier than the 2nd day after arrival in England. Travellers also have to show proof of a negative Covid-19 test taken within 72 hours before travelling to be allowed entry. All incoming passengers must complete a passenger locator form in advance, including their departure country and UK address. This test must be done privately and can't be obtained for free on the NHS.

Please note: From 4am on Monday 18th January 2021, all international arrivals to England by plane, train or boat, including UK nationals, are required to present a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to departure. Passengers will be subject to an immediate fine of £500 if they fail to comply with the new regulations on pre-departure testing.
